ADHD Therapy
Our ADHD Therapy Program helps children build practical skills for everyday life using evidence-based behavioral strategies combined with principles from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Treatment is individualized and may focus on attention and task completion, following directions, impulse control, emotional and behavioral flexibility, transitions, problem-solving, communication, friendships, and independence. Rather than simply focusing on “good behavior,” we help children understand themselves, identify what matters to them, and learn skills that support meaningful, positive actions at home, at school, and in the community.

ADHD Parent Training
Parents are an essential part of our ADHD program. Through individualized parent training and coaching, caregivers learn practical behavioral strategies they can use during everyday routines at home. Parents learn how to give effective directions, build positive routines, use reinforcement, respond to challenging behavior, support emotional flexibility, and help their child develop greater independence. Our goal is not just to create progress during therapy sessions, but to give families tools they can continue using long after the program ends.
